Feel my heartbeat
Post Body

Nothing on the internet will give me answers and unfortunately I can’t get to a doctor for another week. So if anyone can help me out please do. When I lay down I can feel my heartbeat. There is no pain and my heart beat is not any faster or slower and I have a good resting bpm. But it is just annoying me and I’m not sure how to stop it or what is causing it. I thought it might be my vaping so I quit and it’s still there I have low iron so I have been taking iron supplements again and it’s still there. Unfortunately I have a fear of the human heart so it’s keeping me up at night. If u have any answers or ideas PLEASE SHARE!!!

Where can we find that? I'm currently taking Magnesium Glycinate but I don't know which one is better.
