To my fellow high PAC burden friends, what medication helped you?
Post Body

Background. 26M. I have been experiencing 5%-10% PAC burden since September. I've been on metoprolol since October, and it has changed absolutely nothing besides making me feel like junk.

I stopped vaping, stopped smoking weed, stopped drinking alcohol and caffeine, started taking buspar for my anxiety, started taking vitamin D, K2 and magnesium supplements (I was/am vitamin D deficient), started dieting, got more active, and not a damn thing has changed. I can get a maximum of 1 week of no palps, then bam, all over again.

My cardiologist wants me to start taking carvedilol, but idk if that is a good idea, considering I'm asthmatic. I've wondered if maybe my wixela (advair) could be what caused my palps as it's the only medication that pre-dated them. Any advice or success stories? I feel like I've done all the recommended things, and nothing has worked.

Edit-My PACs only start when I'm not moving. If I'm up and moving, they aren't as bad or are completely gone. Also, if I take a hot shower or eat a heavy meal, my PACs will go away, but only because my heart is working harder. If I'm relaxed, PACs till I fall asleep, then PACs again less than 5 min after I wake up.
