How do I play this deck (Aggro-Control Paladin)?

Sorry, noob question here, but I'm not exactly sure how I should be playing this deck. Should I be focusing on going face, or making trades in the early game? I pretty much don't have any late game, so I don't think trading a lot is the best strategy.
I guess what I'm asking is when should I be trading minions, and when should I be going face? I'd appreciate any general tips, thanks.
