I have a lot of back story to start
I always had generalized anxiety disorder since like 7 so having chest pain is not uncommon.
I got my covid shot in 2021 and had a horrible reaction with my heart rate staying at around 45 consistently. (I am now 32 so at that time I think I would've been 29)
Eventually my heart rate goes to 50 to 60 during the day at rest ish but skyrocketed when standing up.
Had echo cardiogram all looked well. Get diagnosed with pots Aug 2023.
Have been tinkering with pots meds for months.
Just went to er and was told to see cardio ASAP. They apparently checked my heart and this was my results.
I know I can't ask for medical advice but Dr Google has me super stressed. I Called my cardiologist and got an appointment for next week. I live in a very small town and my doc has admitted in the past we are just tinkering to find treatment or making educated guesses. Anyone have advice or stories or anything?
Thanks for making it this far.
TDLR recently visited er very Alarmed by results.
