Hearing loss?

Lately I have been waking up and my left ear would feel as if its stuffed or heavy. I would check and it isn’t. No ear wax or anything, after about 2-3 hours it would fade away but lately it’s getting to the point where I can’t hear anything from that ear for at least 3 hours. Also lately been getting ringing in my left ear and no idea why. I do use headphones a lot for zooms but idk if that is the problem.
