Anyone use pair their hearing aids to their computers?

I've got the oticon more aids and they work great with my phone but I haven't been able to connect them to my computer, even with a third party bluetooth adaptor. Everything on the oticon site refers to using your phone or the connect clip. Are there any options for computers? I've only had my hearing aids for about a week now and they're making a world of difference for in person interactions but I'd love to be able to use them for work as well
