iPhone via Hearing aids
Post Body

Lately, I’ve been frustrated with my Starkey and should have gotten Oticon for better sound quality.

I have been having trouble understanding my family over the phone via hearing aids and my phone’s volume is at the maximum. Is there anyway to increase that? You can’t with the hearing aids being on the phone without having to turn up the surroundings/background.

There are are times I tell my kids to not use wireless earbuds with their phone and to talk to me with the phone to their ear so that their voices don’t bounce everywhere but directly to the phone’s microphone so I can hear a little better.

Do you guys have issues like this?
