Need Help Identifying Something Inside My Ear

Hey everyone,

I have a hole in my eardrum that’s been there since I was a baby. Normally, I had tubes inside, but they’ve since fallen out, and my doctor recently prescribed me hearing aids. I’m 29 years old. Recently, I noticed something glowing inside my ear, and I’m trying to figure out what it could be. I managed to capture a video of it. I know the quality isn't the best, so sorry about that, but I’d appreciate any help identifying what might be inside my ear.
