I dont have a mother or any women in my life that I can turn to so please bare with me.

I have developed something on my labia, its looks kind of like a BIG blackhead, it started around a week ago and I thought it was only a cyst, and then today I was in so much pain and I took a look and found 2 of these blackheads on my labia.

One of them was pulled of, It hurt ALOT and it left behind kind of like a hole or a outline of where it sat on my labia.

The other one is still there and it hurts so bad, I cant sit, I cant stand, I cant laydown, I cant even caugh without it hurting.

I just turned 18, I barely know anything about my own body or the women body, I didnt grown up with a mom so I dont know what to do or who I should talk to.

Please help.
