Hi everyone. I've got the fluconazole prescribed to me for Candida. I've taken it for 7 days and I've noticed that for the first time in forever I didn't have to use Head and Shoulders shampoo (medicated one for itchy scalp and dandruff) and I didn't have itchy scalp with red flakes. It was gone! Also, I didn't have to go to the restroom 🚽 during the night. Great results! I was soo happy! Candida levels stayed the same like before.

The symptoms came back short after.

Then I had fluconazole for 21 days. All those symptoms were gone. And then it came back again. Candida leves in the blood still the same. (1.1)

Why is this happening?

Doctors are not really healing helping, like ever, just taking that 💵. I'm so disappointed and desperate at this point.. I don't know what to do. I don't want to spend more money on doctors

Ps. I eat very healthy. No sugar. I bake my own bread. No snacks no sweets only good stuff.. I also don't drink juice, soda, coffee, alcohol... I drink hot water and some teas with no caffeine
