Is it normal to have two types of cervical mucus at the same time?

I should be around ovulation time by now and I felt like I was peeing and it was some milky watery discharge. Then I went to the bathroom, wiped and there was also a large quantity of egg white mucus. Sometimes I scoop some of the egg white mucus and there’s a lot of wetness, that watery discharge around it and around my fingers. My vagina becomes less watery when I’m not fertile, it feels more “creamy” (?). Idk how to describe it.
