UTI chronic - who has solved this?!

I need a UTI guru. I feel pissed and lost and dismissed.

I get them after sex. I pee after, we both shower before, I drink a fuck ton of water. Usually this combo works but it’s iffy for a few days.

Had the same partner for 15 years. We use condoms. I have a healthy diet, minimal sugar. I’ve never been tested for microplasma, ureaplasma or BV. My UTIs are never E. coli

I had experiences where I had the burn/tingle but the white blood cell count didn’t indicate infection but antibiotics made it go away?!

Doctors here cost a fortune and they are fucking useless and just prescribe antibiotics or say I should relax and learn not to stress in life 😒

When I get one UTI, I tend to get a string of them. They stop after antibiotics and we don’t have sex for months. We already have sex rarely because of this and it sucks.

I used to have chronic UTIs. I followed alllllll the recommendations. Took a full dose of cranberry pills and D-mannose every morning AND night, drank more than enough water, peed after sex, made sure my partner and I were clean, checked for all the plasmas and other vaginal bacteria’s that could have caused issues and saw multiple specialists and still kept getting UTIs all the time. Then one amazing uro-gynecologist put me on HIPREX and it CHANGED MY LIFE!

I take Hiprex and Vitamin C once a day and haven’t had a UTI in years. I don’t have to take any other pills for UTIs or worry if I’m following any other recommendations. It’s not an antibiotic and I can be on it long term. It saved my sex life and my GI track (by not taking antibiotics for UTIs all the time). Ask your doctor about starting this medication, it’s a life saver.
