Hello all, just wanted to give a heads-up. I am in France and they have girls taking doderlein after abx in order to help the biofilm. In addition, they still use the nugent score at some labs. Could be interesting for you ladies to look into.

Edit: Update 1 year later Doderlein helped colonize more crispatus. No longer in France so cannot get my nugent score to check again but my symptoms have slowly improved with combo of herbs and supplements. I have some posts here but you can always message privately.
