Question for the group, I’m about to hopefully start a help desk position in a hybrid remote environment. I’m looking for advice on how to successfully work from home especially when working a hybrid approach. Basically they’ll require one day a week in the office, then other 4 I can work from home. I’ve run my own business but last time I did help desk it was in a large call center environment with a ton of other help desk representatives. This is a smaller local internet provider that is expanding and I’m excited but I also want to prepare myself. I always use a bullet journal for organizing my self and my thoughts. Anyone work in help desk or similar field have any advice?
