So the thesis is that venting is bad because it is emotion focused treatment and emotion focused treatment doesn’t work in the long run
So he says that venting plus action is the key .
My question is this. How do Marry the idea of acceptance and action?
At some point you have to accept you circumstances and stops trying to fix everything in order to really be happy
How do you know when it is time to just accept that you can’t do anything about it and this how your life is going to play out
