It has seriously ruined my life ever since I first got acquainted with technology. If I don't scroll I get caught up in something else: friend calls, talking with roommate, having procrastinated things I have to do like making and eating dinner, etc. There is no end to the things that make me go to bed late. And if my brain wants to research or read about something I can't shut my brain off-- I'll think about it even if I DO go to bed. I try to do night routines which have been awesome because they've gotten me closer to my goals in life, but they always take way longer than they should. Hell, half the time I procrastinate brushing my teeth and washing my face so bad that it doesn't get done till halfway through the night and I'm not even using my phone sometimes-- just in my brain thinking.(And my sleep sucks if I just dont.) Nothing seems to work even without distractions from others, and when my roommate initiates doing something forget about it. Any advice from people who were as hopeless as me and figured it out?
