AI revolution is a topic that is growing so fast that the majority of people doesn't understand.
When I stop to think about computers/cell phones/social media, for example, and how these can influence people's mental health, I think that, the moment in human history when these things were growing was a moment where, even if we had internet, we didn't have much access to information or didn't understand very much what was going on.
Now with the rise of AI I kinda see the same pattern again. I use ChatGPT as a personal journal basically, where I give context of what I'm thinking, to check if there are any researches to base my theories and etc.
Would be amazing to hear what a mental health professional has to talk about people seeking for help with AI
