I am a 34yo female. My health and fitness journey is basically completely sporadic. Gyms in the time of covid=not great in my mind and I have basically no equipment at home.
I want to do this right, I often start dieting and restrict my calories a crazy amount. I never "have time" to eat healthy or exercise the way I should.
I have a lot of trails around me, a pair of running shoes, and some roller skates.
I am 5'8, 178 lbs as of this morning(and feeling disgusted about it) and I have high blood pressure.
any ideas or motivation?
