Hello,
I used to make a dish using whipping cream, sauteed mushrooms, and chicken stock or chicken bouillon.
But now my gf had some health issues and has been forbidden to consume any industrial stock or bouillon.
So I would like to see if you could recommend any natural seasonings that I could use to compensate for the stock
