Post Body
I notice that I do more snacking during the day than actually preparing a meal, i.e. lunch. I might eat breakfast 3 or 4 times a week and the other days its just tea and a piece of fruit and then jump in front of the laptop and get to work.
For those that snack, what are your go-to’s? My current rotation is below but I’m always looking for more healthy snacks to try out. Thanks!
- Just Great Stuff powdered peanut butter (add water) mixed with peanuts and dark chocolate (chocolate dipped in crunchy peanut butter)
- Cottage cheese with cinnamon, vanilla and stevia dipped with sliced apples
- Jerky and shredded parm
- TRUE drink mixes
- Popcorners
- Good ol’ cold applesauce
- Baked kale with olive oil and seasoning. So so good and healthy. Best way to down 16 oz of kale in one sitting!
