Trying to decide what’s more affordable. Medicare or employer provided Aetna?

Post Body
I’m eligible for paying $160/month for Medicare because I was deemed disabled a few years ago but I’m back to work now. With Medicare my copays are about $25 each and there is no deductible. My job offers Aetna and for the high deductible plan it’s $1500/year with premiums costing about $75/month. There is a health savings plan that employer contributes to also. Wondering which one is more affordable and smarter?
