For context I am on the state health plan for blue cross/blue shield.
I went to have some blood drawn for some tests to be ran. It was listed on my claims as “office psychiatrist” visit and therefore the claim denied resulting in me owing $400. Is this correct? To be specific, it was blood drawn for my annual STD visit.
