Not sure what to do. It's company owned with terrible coverage. I recently had surgery, called to confirm it was covered. And then I get hit with an out of network bill.
Should I call them? What should I say?
I really need insurance and should have met my deductible. However they are putting everything under out of network which is a 10k deductible.
Any advice is appreciated.
Update: I called today and was told it was out of network. I told the new rep that I was told otherwise. She confirmed I was told otherwise as per the notes in my account. Nothing was resolved by her. I was advised to write a letter to appeals and mail it. I asked if I could speak to someone in appeals and she said there was no one in appeals.
So instead of wasting more time with her I went to HR and my HR director is going to contact our rep to see about getting it changed.
