Hi, for a week I've been taking a prescription cream and it works great. however it has very strong side effects and these side effects made me lose it. lost it means i don't know where it is, period.

i requested a refill to my doctor but the nurse said it might not be covered by the insurance. the medication at the pharmacy i get it is about $70. what has been the general experience trying to get the insurance cover it? Any pointers would be great.

yes i could pay it myself, but this is a first time and i never had to use my insurance as right now.

i know it depends on the carrier, I'm looking for general experiences of anyone who negotiated successfully.
