Insurance "health exam" to help me from "missing my benefits"

Post Body

Hello all. Today I got a phone call saying that I needed to perform a "health exam" either at home or via telephone to prevent me from "missing my benefits for preventative care". To me, this seems like a way for them to take away coverage or charge more but I'm not sure.

A bit of context, I am 26M, Indiana, $60k gross, on Caresource marketplace insurance. This year I've been to the Doc more times than I can count trying to catch up on many years of not going regularly. I have a few minor heath issues but nothing life threatening and have had all my screenings done over the past few months. I do not see the point in doing yet another health screen that could potentially raise my costs higher.
