Is HSA worth it if I see a psychiatrist every month?

Post Body

It's open enrollment at work and the system recommended I go for a Hybrid Gold plan (EPO Plan with a $2k deductible and $2k out of pocket limit, with a set copay for non specialist visits, no cost after deductible for specialist) considering my medical needs. However, I don't know much about HSAs and not sure if the benefits outweigh the cost of the deductible? The lowest deductible from the HSA compatible plans is $1600 and a 20% coinsurance after the deductible is hit. The same amount for coinsurance is applied for the higher deductible of $3375, difference being $40 in premium per pay period.

I see a psychiatrist every month and my PCP roughly every 4-6 months.
