Company (North Carolina) is offering to pay for 3 months of COBRA, but the cost is insane. Can I (Pennsylvania) switch to marketplace when that runs out?

Post Body

I was recently laid off and offered coverage for three months (April, May, and June) of COBRA insurance by my company based in North Carolina (I am in Pennsylvania). However, the cost is extremely high and I'm concerned that I won't be able to pay it after those three months if I haven't found a job. Is there a way for me to sign up for marketplace insurance instead or sign up after the three months is up? I'm trying to figure out the best way to do this...

For additional context, I filled my prescriptions as soon as possible, but I cannot be without insurance for more than a month.
