So, i just moved to the US and i don’t know much about how healthcare works here. So, i got this insurance, First Health Network, at first i thought i was scammed, because no doctor would accept it. But then i dislocated my shoulder and had to rush to a hospital, everything went just fine and the insirance covered the costs, that coupled with the discounts they got me at the pharmacy and the free doctor appointment i got (after calling 15 different doctors listed on their website), made me realise maybe i’m just giving the wrong insurance name or maybe looking at the wrong list. Help?
