Do ssri's help you? How did you bring yourself to start taking them?
Post Body

I 32f have been having massive panic attacks since March of 2020. At first I blamed it on the pandemic then decided it was because I was pregnant and just having mood swings. Gave birth to my baby in December and since April it has been none stop. I had my first covid shot on April first and had a bad reaction and I think it may have been what kick started this. I am afraid to take meds because I am allergic to so many things. I am at a loss of what to do. I cant keep living this way. My doctor prescribed Buspar but it made me so dizzy. He now gave me sertraline (hopefully spelled that right) but I went down the Google rabbit hole and am afraid I am going to have heart failure if I take it. Any advice would be appreciated.
