I just spent 24 hours feeling pain in my chest every time I took a deep breath (god knows why) and I still wasn't as anxious as I am today. It sucked, but mostly I was taking it easy and quite successful not freaking out. And considering I overthink my breathing all the time that's pretty impressive.
Now that's gone and I've been freaking out since last night. I had 2 mini panic attacks (meaning I stopped them before they spiralled out of control) while trying to fall asleep and today I keep having shortness of breath and heart palpitations. I wasn't even having shortness of breath when I was in literal pain while taking deep breaths!
Jesus Christ body/brain/whoever is responsible for this, what do you want from me?
