Ate cheese after touching it with my hands, after touching the cheese packaging, which could've been placed on the table by someone else, and the table had weird tea spilled on it like 4 days ago

Logically (haha) I'm now freaking out about having an allergic reaction to that damned tea.

Mostly I'm writing this out in hopes that I'll see how ridiculous it is and not have a full on panic attack. I'm sure I'll be glad I faced my anxiety and ate the cheese anyway tomorrow, but tonight I'm panicking.
I was already low key hyperventilating all day, all because I had a heart palpitation last night and it scared me.
