Dizziness when changing position... I think? I don't know maybe I imagined it. Now I'm having a panic attack over it

Post Body

It happened twice. First I was on my back, reading stuff on my phone, then I turned to my side and felt dizzy for about a minute. I kind of shrugged it off and continued reading, but after a while I switched position again to be on my back and was dizzy again. I started to panic. And my ear won't stop ringing now. I had an ear infection a year ago and sometimes it still rings, so maybe it's that? And maybe that's where the dizziness is coming from?

But now that I'm panicking I'm hyperventilating too, since hyperventilation comes so easy to me for some reason.

Also it's 4 am and my parents are sleeping. I don't want to wake them up for this. I really don't want to wake them up. I wish I could go to sleep but I'm too scared there's something wrong with me and I won't be able to call for help if I'm asleep.

Sorry if I don't reply for a while, sometimes when I'm panicking it's difficult to talk, but if anyone can offer any advice/comfort I'll read it for sure.
