strictly speaking here, if what you suffer from is simply HA, and other things were ruled out.
you have to eat that food you used to love.
you have to relax and watch that show that used to wind you down and make you feel okay.
you have to lose yourself in that hobby that used to take ALL your attention.
you have to have a present, mindful conversation with a loved one.
you have to understand that your health is okay, and that you are stopping yourself from rewarding your anxious brain when it is so desperately craving something nice.
you have to train your brain to enjoy life again.
