Health Anxiety Taking Over Every Aspect of my Life

Post Body

I unfortunately had to go the ER for stomach pain/gastritis last Tuesday and had some blood work with slightly elevated platelets and a WBC. I cant keep being terrified that im going to have a DVT that will lead to a PE and now I'm seeing maybe two small bruises on my legs and am terrified it could also be leukemia. Ive had small red bumps on my arms for as long as I can remember, and now I'm convincing myself that every thing is either a clot or leukemia. How do folks go about accepting bodily spots as just that and not attributing them to some severe illness? Further, if you have more experience dealing with your health anxiety, do you have a specific trigger of when to realistically seek emergency medical attention?
