I think it'd be useful for you all to share your best tips & tricks when you're having a flare-up.
I have almost constant health anxiety, have done for the last couple months. This has ranged from convincing myself I have Anaphylaxis to Botulism to Heart Failure and Cancer. It's been an exhausting 2 months!
I've started to Meditate 20 minutes a day and this has helped me quite a bit, so far so good anyway. It also helps me to keep a diary of my symptoms and thoughts to look back on and laugh at the craziness of it. I think what I would say to a friend or family member if they came to me with this kind of hypochondria. Really helps.
Do you have anything particular that helps to still the madness?
