Can’t decide between qc45 and xm5

I heard the qc45 ANC is bad with windy weather even a breeze and the headband of the xm45 will get loose after just a few months, is this true? That would be an absolute dealbreaker for me.
I‘m looking for comfy, travel friendly, good during calls with good NC headphones that have good sound and will stand the test of time. It’s important that they are wireless and don’t look too ugly. I listen to a lot of classical music and rock.
I just ordered the mx5 but I‘m unsure now.
