Post Body

Well, I was wondering if you use an adapter to convert 4.4mm plug to 2.5mm, will it affect the sound quality of the headphone? It's because I was planning to get an aeon 2 closed but the audio shop I went to only had a 4.4mm balanced cable but the dac/amps I want to use all use 2.5mm. Is it advisable to use an adapter? Or should I just get a dac/amp like the Lotoo Paw S1 with 4.4mm output instead? I was hoping to get the Fiio BTR5 because it actually has battery and won't drain the cellphone's battery if connected. Any advice? Thanks.
