HD25 SP2 or HD25?

Hi looking to buy a set of headphones for the commute to work. I was thinking of getting an HD25 SP2 because it's cheaper than the HD25. Does anybody own this, are they good? Compared to the more expensive HD25 how does it fair? If it's not the HD25 are there any other small lightweight portable headphones from other brands that I should consider? I'll mainly use this with my cellphone, probably connect it to a PA2v2 amp... Thanks.
