Windows Audio setup and other general questions on my JDS Atom, Topping D10, and DT 1990 Pro's

I had a few questions about my setup for anyone that has or uses my current setup or anyone that may know the answers. Any help is so extremely appreciated!
Current Usage: Gaming > Music > Movies
- In windows Audio, should I just have spatial sound totally off in general? Or should I turn on one of the following options: Windows Sonic for Headphones, Atmos for Headphones, or DTS Sound Unbound?
- On the JDS Atom, Should I be using Gain, or just keep it off completely? I feel like gain just makes it louder, not sure if its needed.
No other current questions as of yet but may have further.
