Need Help on understanding what DAC/AMP can drive the headphones I want. Also Purchase advice for gaming headphones.

I am considering getting DT990 Pro's for gaming, however, I don't know if my Sabaj A4 that I use for Bookshelf speakers can drive 250ohm Headphones. How does one tell or do the calculation to see if it is powerful enough?

I currently have DT 880's 250ohms that I am driving with a FIO E10 or w/e, but I was hoping to start using my SABAJ A4 but I wasn't sure how to determine if it would even work well?

Also, what does everyone recommended for gaming? I play all types of games but mostly R6Siege at the moment. My 880's are amazing but just very old.
