[PA] Earphone pads for Sony CH700N that DON'T suffocate my ears - OR alternative purchase of ANC earbuds

Recently got a pair of Sony CH700N. I like them enough that I would love to keep, though for my commute, the ANC could be better (which I hear the Sony MX3s are way better). Regardless I like them enough to keep, with one exception: the ear pad isolation suffocates my ear areas, makes me perspire, makes the areas warm, uncomfortably so.

Are there any alternative pads that would keep good isolation and ANC but prevent warmth and sweating?

I was glancing at Brainwavz pads, I own think velour ones for my gaming headset, but they have no isolation and would be terrible for ANC headphones. I was instead wondering about some of their perforated leather ones, or a hybrid velour part that touches the head with every other edge being leather and the edges of inside cup perforated (not sure how much that would help with ventilation, only on inside of cup).

That said, with how much ambient sound DOES already leak in, I'm worried that more breathable pads would make the ANC even less effective, and then I should spring for the MX3s instead in addition to breathable pads...

Alternatively, I'm also interested in wireless earbuds with ANC, but would like Bluetooth 5 and aptx, which seems to limit choices. I had seen a Plantronics set, Back Beat Go 410 I believe, and a Back Bay set on Amazon for $50, of questionable quality...

Any suggestions are welcome.
