Want to try budget Koss, any reason not to get the UR40?

After hearing so much praise for Koss's budget options, I am looking to try them out. I much prefer the over-ear form factor, so I am considering the UR40. I've read the it utilizes the same drivers as the very popular KSC75 and PortaPro (though I'm not sure the Portapro uses the Ti coating). Does anyone have impressions of them, or is there any downside to picking these over the KSC75 or PortaPro?

Also, all of my budget headphones in the past have lasted maybe a year of modest use, are these Koss budget cans decently durable?
