Upgrading from DT990 - where to go?

I have a set of Beyerdynamic DT990's non-pro version from about 2010 or so. They're still working well but I'd like to upgrade.
I also have a FiiO K7 Amp.
Main listening is PC Gaming, Rock/Metal & TV
I was looking at the Amiron Home's, ATH R70x or DT900 Pro - what is everyone's recommendations? Unfortunately we don't have a shop nearby where I can test all these out.
