Best ANC headphones with auto pause feature, under 400CAD?

I'm looking for ANC headphones where it pauses if you take the headphones off. I know Bose doesn't do that, I can't get XM4s anymore, and XM5's auto ANC optimizer is crap (tried it myself). Any suggestions? Sound quality wise I listen to a bunch of everything, maybe a little V shaped curve but I'm not fussy.
