I picked up my pair of BT2s a little while ago and I absolutely love them. They're the most I've ever spent on audio equipment and I haven't been disappointed. They're what I wear for daily listening while walking to classes, at work, I'll even take them on long walks. They're super comfortable, sound great, and my only gripe is that on aforementioned walks they might make me ears sweaty, but I feel like that's just part of having over-ears.
I'd like to take the next step though. I intend to keep them for listening while I'm more active, their sturdiness and lack of wires are a big plus there, but when it comes to my more low-key activities I want to find something up a tier. I've looked around and found a few things but I'm not super confident on any specific option. Currently I'm most drawn to the ATH-WP900s (that's around my budget, $600-$700 USD) almost purely for aesthetic reasons, though reviews tell me they aren't as neutral as the BT2s, which isn't a deal breaker for me but I just wanted to collect some more personable opinions on alternatives that might have listening experiences more in line with the BT2s.
I appreciate any and all suggestions and thank you for your help.
