I have open ear headphones and closed ear, but I need something that can isolate me from the enviroment while I play games, but that are confortable to wear at least 1/2 hours.

Because it's too hot to wear closed headphones and on summer under my house there is a new italian restaurant that has no respect for anyone and put the music on 1k db at morning and do parties on evening (until midnight), and I don't want to close my windows it's too hot now.

About the IEM I want to spend as low as I could because I want to test them so I think I will go for the 7hz at first, or do you have other advice at the same price? (I can buy from alixexpress)
