Question: Why is Sir Pentious still a snake when he got into heaven?

I thought them being animals (cat, spider, moth) / objects (grenade, TV, doll) in hell was some sort of punishment for their sins on earth (and was related to their cause of death). So why didn't he turn back into a human when he redeemed himself and made it to heaven?
