Derby task kinda disappeared

I started a derby task about an hour ago which was to collect 138 eggs. I reached around 30 eggs and had the task tracker on the right of the screen. Got away from my phone for a bit and when I returned the tracker on the right was gone, and I can’t find the task on the tasks board, but it’s down below in the personal task log. Also when I first took it, the available tasks became 7/8, but now they’re 8/8 again. What happened?
