Pumpkin Harvesting Glitch for Derby?

I’m trying to do the pumpkin task for the derby. The app is glitching for me. Every time I harvest it only counts 1 pumpkin. Once it counted 0! For the Farm pass each harvest got me 2 pumpkins to count. Is anyone else experiencing this? It’s really frustrating.
