How to escalate an issue?

Hello! Not sure if this is the appropriate place to post but wondering if anyone knows the best way to escalate an issue with Hawaiian Airlines? We had to cancel our flight last year and were told we’d have until 6/18 to rebook. When we called to rebook on 6/16, we were told we had to FLY by that date (round trip). Customer service agent said their hands were tied and directed us to an online form (see link) which also proved useless. This also happened to close friends and we are both out thousands of dollars because of poor communication. Any help or guidance would be appreciated! We are not asking for special treatment, just that our credits be honored. Thank you!
